The Desperados

Gary Stoner, Northumberland Pa.  Lead Vocals and rhythm guitar.  Gary has been yodeling on the trail for many years.  Starting out singing at weddings as a young cowpoke, he now finds himself in Stetson hat and cowhide boots fronting the band of those Midlife desperados.
Ed Scholl, Sunbury Pa.  Churning out lead melodies smoother than a baby’s bottom, Ed delights all with the sounds of his Gibson hollow body electric.  The Midlife Cowboys have their own Chet Atkins in Ed.
Chris Trasatti, Pitman Pa.  Blues, Country, or any genre, Chris can play em all on the harmonica.  He said he likes to practice in his hot tub.  We’ve never actually seen that……..and not sure we’d want to.
Drew Kanaskie, Elysburg Pa.  He’s the tall handsome drink of water that keeps the Cowboys in time.  Although a seasoned musician of many styles, Drew was roped to ride with the Cowboys and keep that country rhythm as the drummer.
Richard Rupert, Hughesville Pa.  Oozing more talent than seems humanly possible, Richard keeps the Cowboys in step with his big bad bass.  He also keeps us in check makin’ sure we’re plinkin’ the right notes.  But, during the times his wife Alison graces the Cowboys for a song or two, it’s Richard who’s kept in check.
Wayne Krebs, Danville Pa.  Wayne makes sure the chuck wagon keeps movin’ and none of the wheels are fallin’ off.  As chuck wagon master, if we need something takin’ care of, Wayne gits er done.

Alison Rupert,  Hughesville, Pa.  She’s no desperado pardner.  She’s the Rose among the thorns.  When Miss Alison chooses to grace the Cowboys with her lovely harmonies, we’re a whole nother stampede of entertainment!!
